Room was big and comfy, however it was a bit dirty, coffe maker wasn't working, ran out of some tissue paper... it wasn't the one I asked. When I booked it I sent a message through Booking.com to the hotel staff saying we're bringing our small dog but apparently they didn't read it because once arrived to the hotel I was assigned another room (the one I booked supposedly have a microwave too, the one I was assigned hadn't) they (a lady from the staff in a not-so-kind way) said rooms for pets have no microwave, only suites and didn't know why in the "room description" says it has a microwave. I think when there's a lack of attention from staff then a problem needs to be solved, so, I suggest them to be very attentive to guests requirements and check cleanliness and stock in the room before to be assigned. In the other hand, what me and my family really enjoyed were the facilities! The pool and outdoor hot tubes were great! plus, breakfast there is a 10/10! Eating area was big, nice and clean... no concerns at all. Really liked that. Location is very good, just besides a plaza and plenty of restaurants and other facilities. And (to finish) my small dog enjoyed the walks around the hotel and the green areas for her necessities. After all, it was a good stay (although, I suggest the staff what previous mentioned).

This stay was AMAZING!! I came for a local dog show traveling with my young dog. I was given a large ground floor room un-carpeted with a patio door that opened up to a small grass area that opened up to a large park like setting to exercise my dog. The parking was so convenient and free, easy to unload all of my doggie stuff. The staff were so friendly and accommodating they were so friendly to my dog. The room, though ground floor and next to ice and vending machines was quiet and peaceful. I will never stay anywhere else. Breakfast was included and perfect for what I needed. Absolutely a great bang for your buck. Staff at the 97th street pub next door were friendly and accommodating as I needed my meals delivered as to not leave my puppy alone. I just can't say enough good things.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the onsite restaurant. The staff was wonderful. In particular, we needed a cot and Mike in maintenance brought one to our room quickly and offered to help us set it up. It was great to have an accessible room and a ground floor patio. The air co ditioning was really appreciated and easy to operate.

I was upgraded to a suite as it was a busy weekend and I was a single and the hotel needed a room with more than one bed. It was fine for me. Room or suite was great. Clean and well equipped. A little dark because it was in a corner but fine really.

The room was very spacious for two couples. The patio off the courtyard was very nice. The breakfast selection was exceptional!! The sliding glass doors from the indoor pool opening to the outdoor hot tub area was really nice.
